Through an integrative approach, as one size does not fit all, I hope we can create a path towards your goals.
Alexis earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northwestern University and is currently working towards expanding her work in counseling within the Dayton community following work in hospitals, community mental health, and group private practice. Alexis has a background in nutrition and a variety of movement forms (dance, yoga, and Pilates) and is passionate about facilitating wellness with her clients. Alexis enjoys supporting teens and young adults who are exploring life transitions, adults and older adults from a variety of backgrounds with differing needs, as well as couples and families.
Clients: adolescents (12yo and up), teens, adults, older adults, couples, families. Areas of Focus: major life transitions, anxiety (including OCD,) depression, histories of trauma, familial conflicts, disordered eating, self-esteem, general life stressors, and other mental health concerns. Alexis is also offering supervision for LPCs & consulting for LPCCs.
